After sponging some strange mix of green/blue onto my cardstock, I decided I needed a system to keep my little sponge pieces in order. I tried writing the ink color name on them with a sharpie, but it didn't work well and you couldn't read it. I came up with this simple little system..
Each Stampin' Up! Sponge can be cut into 8 wedges. I punched out a 3/4" circle in the matching colored cardstock and simply attached it to to the top of the wedge with a brad. I wrote each color name on the piece of cardstock (those blues still get me mixed up!) Voila, sponges are 'labeled'! I store them in an extra stamping case, neat and tidy, easy to access!
